convenient location clean hotel easy access
the location is very convenient near the marina and the jbr beach (it's about a 4-minute walk). the hotel was super clean, and there were no weird smells. accessing the tram or car was easy, and the parking area was nice.
the pool area has limited sun loungers for the number of rooms available.

great location easy exploration amazing service
The location was great! The metro station is very close. This made exploring very easy. Staff at the Jam Jar and level 12 housekeepers provided amazing service. Cindy was particularly helpful. They were really good.
The gym was quite small. It didn't have many options to offer.

diverse options easy access polite manners
Breakfast had diverse options. The location provided easy access to the metro and the Marina Mall. Staff had polite manners. Housekeeping did really good job. They ensured all areas were tidy. They made sure everything was in order. The hotel definitely felt true to its international standards.
I found the gym very limited. It had minimal equipment. It did not meet my needs for a comprehensive workout.

clean hotel helpful staff great location
I found the hotel very clean, and the staff were helpful. The location IS GREAT. I walked easily to the Marina. The metro station is also very close. This made getting around VERY convenient.
The gym was small with limited equipment!

The hotel is very close to the beach. The friendly reception was helpful and breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the hotel location. It has easy access to the metro station and the beach.
The hotel is a little far from some museums, but the train is nearby.

metro station rainfall shower separate sinks long check-in smoke smell small pool
I loved how close the hotel was to the metro station, it made getting around so easy. my room had a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, a definite plus. housekeeping, especially muhammad arman, did an excellent job. I didn't need to call the helpdesk once.
the check-in process took one hour! my room smelled like smoke even though i asked for a non-smoking room. the pool was quite small and it was hard to find available sun beds, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast was repetitive. I would have liked more Mediterranean options. I Arrived at 10:00 a.m., and my room was not available until 2:00 p.m.. They offered it earlier for an extra fee. I found that offensive! since I had kids with me.
