I found the hotel very clean, and the staff were helpful. The location IS GREAT. I walked easily to the Marina. The metro station is also very close. This made getting around VERY convenient.
The gym was small with limited equipment!

Breakfast included a wide variety of choices. I thought the food was excellent. Hours for meals were from 6:30 AM to 10 AM for both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is very close to the beach. The friendly reception was helpful and breakfast was wonderful. I enjoyed the hotel location. It has easy access to the metro station and the beach.
The hotel is a little far from some museums, but the train is nearby.

I loved how close the hotel was to the metro station, it made getting around so easy. my room had a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, a definite plus. housekeeping, especially muhammad arman, did an excellent job. I didn't need to call the helpdesk once.
the check-in process took one hour! my room smelled like smoke even though i asked for a non-smoking room. the pool was quite small and it was hard to find available sun beds, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast was repetitive. I would have liked more Mediterranean options. I Arrived at 10:00 a.m., and my room was not available until 2:00 p.m.. They offered it earlier for an extra fee. I found that offensive! since I had kids with me.
